Who we are
Pocketzaar is operated by Challenging Dawn — Consultancy Ltd. (VAT PT 518804364), Travessa Sobreira, 12, 3640-096 Ferreirim, Sernancelhe, Viseu, Portugal, which is responsible for your personal data.
What we collect
When you request early access we collect your name, work email, company, company size, phone number (optional), the apps you're interested in and your message. Our server also records your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To answer your request, to contact you about Pocketzaar and invite you to early access, and to protect the form against spam. Legal basis: your consent and steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Who can see it
Only the Challenging Dawn team. We don't sell your data or share it for third-party marketing. Our systems are hosted by service providers acting on our instructions.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to geral@challengingdawn.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
